333dat Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 333dat website, its mobile-optimised interface, all associated subdomains, and any application distributed by 333dat for use on mobile devices.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the 333dat registration and KYC process.
• "Wallet" refers to the unified internal balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or casino bonus amount credited to an Account by 333dat in connection with a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Eligible Player" means a natural person aged 21 or above, residing in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law, who has successfully completed the 333dat account registration and KYC verification process.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which may include submission of a valid national identity document, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of payment method ownership.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the 333dat Platform is restricted to Eligible Players who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 333dat enforces this restriction strictly and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf as a natural person. Corporate entities, automated scripts, bots, and third-party agents may not register or operate accounts.
• You hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or household accounts is strictly prohibited. 333dat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 333dat or had your account closed by 333dat for any reason related to a Terms violation.
• All personal information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any details change.
• Use of the Platform from your location does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

333dat reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the eligibility criteria above have not been met, or where it suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333dat Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

333dat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You acknowledge that any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access through your own negligence — is your sole responsibility.

In the event that you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 333dat Support at [email protected] immediately. 333dat will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

333dat accepts deposits from Eligible Players via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. There is no platform-imposed fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits credited to your 333dat Wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of payment. 333dat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, banking holidays, or network disruptions.

333dat reserves the right to request documentary verification of any deposit payment method at any time as part of its ongoing KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide such documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

5. Withdrawals

Eligible Players may request withdrawal of their Available Balance (comprising real-money funds not subject to any outstanding wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will be remitted exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where that method does not support inbound transfers, in which case 333dat will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified method.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within approximately 1–15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• 333dat reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of the Wagering Requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

333dat offers promotional bonuses to Eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Eligible Players who have completed KYC verification. 333dat reserves the right to withhold bonus credit from accounts where KYC has not been completed.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, standard Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus requires ৳25,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Wallet at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or exploiting technical errors to gain unintended bonus credit, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• 333dat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Wallets at the time of modification.

7. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the 333dat Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and the sports betting rules published in 333dat's Sports Betting Rules document. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules of a particular provider, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcome of that game only.

Players must conduct themselves in an honest and lawful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension without notice:

• Placing bets using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools of any kind.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed from the Player's Wallet.
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Any form of chip dumping or deliberate loss-making to benefit a third party.

333dat uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games. RNG certification is provided by the respective game studios and is subject to their own independent testing protocols. Live casino games use real dealers and real equipment, and outcomes are determined by live physical events.

8. Responsible Gaming

333dat is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. 333dat provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Time-Out Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a time-out, the Account cannot be accessed and no new deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333dat Platform, including but not limited to: the 333dat brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, game graphics, promotional artwork, text, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 333dat or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any element of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 333dat. Unauthorised use of 333dat intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333dat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.

333dat makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333dat reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

In any event, 333dat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

333dat collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

333dat implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and strict internal access controls on personal information databases. Player data is retained for the minimum period required to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations and is thereafter securely deleted in accordance with 333dat's data retention schedule.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your 333dat Account at any time by contacting Support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, 333dat will process any Available Balance (real-money funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within 3 business days. Bonus Funds not yet meeting their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

333dat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or reversal request from a payment provider.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Any conduct that 333dat reasonably considers harmful to the integrity or reputation of the Platform.

In the event of Account closure initiated by 333dat for a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the Wallet (including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

333dat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 333dat will use reasonable efforts to notify Eligible Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12 above.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 333dat Platform shall first be submitted to 333dat's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting Support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 333dat will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

All times and deadlines referenced in these Terms are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless otherwise stated.

15. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 333dat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No failure or delay by 333dat in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of a right preclude any further exercise of that right.
